Returns

At ONMYØKU, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the conditions outlined below.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Final sale items
  
• Items marked as non-returnable
  
• Products that show signs of wear, washing, or use
  
• Items returned outside the 14-day return window
  

Change of Mind & Sizing

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
  
• Incorrect sizing
  
• Personal preference
  

Please refer to the size guide and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@onmyoku.com with:

• Your order number
  
• Clear photos showing the issue
  

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

• A replacement, or
  
• A refund
  

In these cases, return shipping and restocking fees will not apply.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and can take several business days to appear.
